    Return Policy

    Customer satisfaction is our first priority. It’s OK to change your mind.

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product in an UNUSED condition within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date.
    Before sending back the item, make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

    The product you wish to return:

    – can be sent back to us only after you have received a confirmation from us with our Sales Return Number once you have filled the Sales Return Request Form. Mention the sales return number on the returned goods.

    – must be sent back within 7 days from the date we accept the request for return.
    – must be unused, clean and not damaged.
    – must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
    – must be sent in its original packaging.
    Once the product is shipped, you must notify us the same day by confirming the tracking number, if possible.

    All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
    Shipping costs for the returns are on the customer’s charge.

    Contact Lenses cannot be exchange/refund, once the packing is opened.

    If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will credit to your Optics Online account for the same amount and you may choose to select any other products available for the same cost or more within a period of 6 months. If you don’t like to make any purchases with the credit refund, we still provide you complete refund.

    REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY THROUGH THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT.
